The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, really close to the park area in Borjomi, and a beautiful garden - couldn't be better. Moreover, take a look at Romanov Palace, set within walking distance of the venue.

My room was brand new with an amazing view of the mountains. the location was perfect, right next to the SPA center. - the bathroom had a roll-in shower, hair dryers, and guest toiletries. - the building has an interesting history, being created in the XIX century for Grand Duke Nikolay.
